20th Anniversary Celebrated with "Give a Girl a Chance" CD

The 20th anniversary of the Tenderness Tour was celebrated with "Give a Girl a Chance," a 19-track benefit CD with proceeds going to the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Tenderness Tour projects along with, not surprisingly, the Give a Girl a Chance Program of New Community Project. Supporting artists included Henry Lee Summer, Jennie DeVoe, Carrie Newcomer, Krista Detor, Patchwork, Jeff DeHerdt, the Dancin' Nancys, Carl Storie, Mutual Kumquat, Soulshine, Frank Bradford, Ann McWilliams, Dean Phelps, Luke Austin Daugherty, The Trust Project, Justin McElhany, Matt Heincker and the Walkaways, Dark Matter Halos, and Mandy Marie Luke. The CD release party was hosted by Northview Church of the Brethren.

Special thanks to Greg and Rhonda Baker who mastered the CD through their Soulshine Studios. Special thanks to Charlie Bushor, Engineer. Special thanks to P.J. Yinger for Art Direction/Design. Photography courtesy of Stephen and Nissa Valdehi-Howard. Tenderness Tour logo courtesy of Tammy Bennett.
